After getting the pin out of the LCA bushing, and removing the rubber, you are still left with the outer bushing shell. There are a couple ways to remove it, the most common seems to be welding a washer on the end and then using that to hit from behind with a hammer/punch.
If you don't have access to a welder, another way to do it is to slice the bushing shell with either a small air saw, or a sawzall. Cut just enough to break thru the bearing shell. Then, slice the bearing shell again a about a 1/4 inch away. You're not looking to remove it, you're just looking to relieve the tension on the shell. You can then either use an air chisel or a hammer and chisel in between the 2 slices to push the piece away from the edge. Once you've done that, you can usually pry the bearing shell up and out. If it doesn't come up easy, you may have to do another cut to relieve the pressure some more.
