What really helps cancel out drone is the crossover. Almost like adding another muffler.
Just a simple factory crossover is all you need for drone.

That's the best way to describe what I'm after.
Just me, but I always loved the sound of Cherry Bomb's that bolted right to the header flange and nothing else..

yeah i like the cherry bomb bolt to headers too , but i like them with straight pipes run just to the rear end
my brother used to have cherry bomb bolted straight to the headers with no pipes on his 72 plymouth 318 engine and it would vibrate my house when he drove by down the highway
Mine is enough to keep the cops off of me when I go to the gas station! Got headers, flex pipe to Thrush Turbo's, you know the cheep ones! No tail pipes, I kinda like it!

yea , I got the straight headers out the side side like the E bodies, with 3" pipe,runs cooler,that way no need for radio,just the sound of the 440 ,damn lets go for a cruise!
