just wondering if there is a difference in the vent glass frame for a 1967 2 door hardtop and a 2 door convertible, of the same year? if so, what is the difference, and which models and years will work on my 1967 2 door hardtop??
The one, I saw on ebay, says it is for a 2 door convertible, but it looked just like the one I pulled out of mine?????
If 68,69, and 70 B-Bodies are any indication they are different. Convertibles, 4 door sedans, and station wagons use one and all other body styles use another. I believe the verts vents are taller because those cars use 16 inch wiper blades while the others use 15 inch. The windshields are different also.As a matter of fact out of the windshield, door glass, vent window, quarter glass, windshield, and rear window the only glass that is the same on a convertible and a hardtop is the rear window! Again all this info is based on 68-70 B-Bodies.
Boy that sure was stupid of me - obviously the rear windows are not the same either.
Mike I don't mean to step on you, but that is not correct. Sedans (four doors, wagons, and 2 door post) cars have a taller roof line, almost 2 inches. Hard tops and verts have a lower roof line hence the shorter windshield. The vent frames would be the same for corresponding roof lines. Also look closely at the vent frame, sedans are part of the door frame and are steel. Verts and hardtops are potmetal and stainless and bolt to the door.

Hope that helps.
The 1966 and 1967 Dodge and Plymouth B-Body cars glass are different in regards to what glass interchanges on various body types than the 1968 and later B-Body cars, so I will work up a complete window interchange guide for the 1966-67 cars in the next day or so and will post it here.

The one I looked at, for a 67 convertible, looked like the one I took out of my 67 hardtop, but the pics wasn't the best quality! All I really need to do is get a hinge put back on my old frame, If the glass I got fits!!
Hardtop & convertible are the same.
same question here...
mine are both broke on my hardtop... where the glass hinges up torward the top...
can that be prepared?
