Looks like a Coronet 440 grille to me. Didn't the 500's have a horizontal cross bar? The 440 grille is the same as my R/T grille except for the center piece.

3322I ditched the "500" emblem!
The bars are on my tool box. I kept the 500 center pillar and used it with the ebay grill thats on there now.
