Has anyone done much with rear quarter panel regulator overhauls? My driver side quarter panel is missing one of the rollers. I knew it was a little messed up but once I installed the fuzzy kit, the window would not roll all the way up. Now I am realizing it will need an overhaul.

I believe this is the kit I will need but don't have much experience with them.

Is it possible to install the rear roller without removing the regulator? Are there any pitfalls I should be trying to avoid (besides breaking the glass) etc.

I know there is a roller kit available. I've never worked on hardtop quarter Windows so I'm not much help Robert.

I believe the roller assembly you are looking for has a curved spring with it. Look at the upper left roller assembly in your picture. That is what you need.
