Well, it's the same here in Finland. We HAVE to have winter tyres during winter, it is law. And most of us run spikes. This means my wife's and my Audi's have 2 sets of wheels and tyres per car! There is no way I am taking my Coronet out during winter though.
We don't have tags mate. Sorry to say. Unless you mean license plates?
